Reinforced vinyl barrier has the same properties as regular Mass Loaded Vinyl Barrier (MLVB). The major difference is that Reinforced MLVB has a fabric scrim laminated to it to increase its tear strength. Fabric Reinforced MLVB can be grommeted and hung and is typically used in plenum and outdoor applications such as haning on a fence or blocking noise from pool pump and air conditioner units.

Note: Scrim is either laminated or manufactured in the center on the Vinyl.
